How to add events to your calendar
Follow these simple steps to import your events into any calendar app.
On a computer
Google Calendar
- 1Download the .ics file.
- 2Open Google Calendar in your browser.
- 3Double-click the file or go to Settings → Import.
- 4Review and confirm the events.
Apple Calendar (Mac)
- 1Download the .ics file.
- 2Double-click the file.
- 3Apple Calendar will open automatically.
- 4Review and add the events.
Microsoft Outlook (Windows / Mac)
- 1Download the .ics file.
- 2Open the file with Outlook.
- 3Review and confirm before saving.
On a phone
iPhone (Apple Calendar)
- 1Download the .ics file.
- 2Tap the file when prompted.
- 3Apple Calendar will open.
- 4Review and add the events.
Android (Google Calendar)
- 1Download the .ics file.
- 2Open it using Google Calendar (or import via calendar settings).
- 3Review and confirm the events.
ℹ️ Good to know
- Events are never added automatically
- You'll always be asked to review before confirming
- You can remove or edit events anytime in your calendar app
Calendarize only adds events you approve. It does not read, edit, or delete existing calendar events.
