Calendarize

About Calendarize

Hi, I'm Curtis — Sustainable Innovation Architect and student who spends way too much time dealing with schedules that should be simple.

Here's the thing: Between work projects, coursework deadlines, and research commitments, staying on top of dates isn't optional. But those dates? They show up as PDFs someone forwarded at 11 PM, course schedules buried in student portals, screenshots from a planning meeting, or tucked away in a long email thread.

And every single one had to be manually entered into my calendar.

I built Calendarize because I got tired of that. Not just for me — for anyone juggling academic schedules, work commitments, and life in general.

Here's how it works:

You give Calendarize a messy schedule. It extracts the dates, times, and details. Then it hands everything back to you for review before anything touches your calendar.

No auto-sync surprises. No "wait, did that get added?" moments. Just a faster, cleaner way to get from chaos to calendar.

If you've ever retyped the same event three times or missed something important because it was in the wrong format — this is for you.
